Michael Gordon White is a photographer and author, specializing in portraiture and documentary/street photography.

Michael is based out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada (GTA East), providing complete photographic services that include artistic direction and collaboration, photographic session planning and execution, posing guidance and coaching, professional editing, and image delivery.

Michael’s photographic style would be most suited to social media promotion, website content, and or prints. Typical clients would include: author, actor, musical bands, small businesses, comedian, dancer, fashion blogger, higher-education students, model portfolios, real-estate agent, singer/songwriter, social media influencer – or anyone requiring quality photographic content for their personal promotion or small business needs. Michael has also spent the past 12 years photographing cultural events and festivals in downtown Toronto. Michael has been around photography his entire life, with a particular interest in Street Photography. And, after a seven-year odyssey, this personal project culminated in his first authored book in 2020: People Photography, Life, and the Street. Michael continues practising this genre of photography, and this site contains many example images from that body of work, spanning from 2013 through to the summer of 2025.
